Tiktok Plus keeps site-specific account identifiers, Google profile information supplied during sign-in, recovery-credential hashes, saved videos, subscriptions, viewing history, comments, reports, wallet ledgers, orders and membership records when you use those features. Operational services may process IP addresses, browser/device information, request logs and approximate region. The visitor identifier is a random site-scoped identifier; it is not a claim to verify your age or identity.

Purposes

Information is used to authenticate accounts, provide requested account and payment features, remember preferences, deliver media, prevent abuse, investigate reports, and diagnose service failures. Data is scoped to Tiktok Plus within shared infrastructure. Source storefront accounts, passwords, balances, orders and personal libraries are not copied into this site.

Cookies and device storage

Web sessions use secure HttpOnly cookies. Language, player and optional privacy choices use browser storage. Android account and entry credentials use the device secure storage. Google web sign-in uses temporary in-memory Firebase client state, followed by a separate server session. A recovery credential can sign in to your account; keep it private. Clearing device storage may remove local preferences and sessions.

Service providers

The configured services include the shared hosting/API infrastructure, Cloudflare storage and media delivery, Google Firebase Authentication for optional Google sign-in, and NOWPayments for enabled checkout. Checkout data is processed by the payment provider under its own terms. The server stores order/payment records and grants entitlements only after verified payment status. This new site has no separately registered advertising or analytics providers active in the current build. Any future optional integration requires configuration and the applicable consent controls.

Choices and requests

You can change the app language and optional privacy preferences, sign out, manage saved videos and subscriptions, or contact support@tiktok-promax.com about account, privacy, payment or removal requests. Deletion and refund handling are not represented as automatic in-app services. Availability and applicable rights depend on the confirmed operating arrangements and your location.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, subject to operational and legal requirements. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Member video submissions

Registered members can submit videos after final confirmation. The service stores the video in a dedicated private Cloudflare R2 bucket, together with its submitting account, file name, title, caption, content language, confirmations, timestamps and review status. Internal review evidence is stored when a submission is reviewed. Selecting or editing a file does not transfer it. Members can view their own upload history. Authorized admins can review submissions; unreviewed submissions are not public. Upload retention and deletion periods remain unresolved in this draft.
