These terms govern access to Tiktok Plus. By using the service, you agree to follow them and all laws that apply where you are located.
You may use the service only if you are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age of majority for adult material in your location. You are responsible for confirming that access is lawful where you live or connect.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to access the service for lawful private use. Availability, features and content may change or be withdrawn without notice.
You must not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, scrape it in violation of stated rules, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, infringe rights, redistribute protected media without permission or use the service for unlawful activity.
Site branding, software and original interface elements are protected by applicable rights. Indexed or hosted media may belong to its respective creators and rights holders. Listing content does not transfer ownership to you or necessarily imply endorsement. Valid removal and rights notices will be reviewed under applicable procedures.
The service may display, embed or link to media, storage networks, advertisements and websites operated by third parties. We do not control their availability, content, security or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, suitability or freedom from harmful components. Liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.
Access may be limited or terminated when these terms are violated, security is threatened or law requires it. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after publication means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
Tiktok Plus accounts, sessions, private libraries, wallets, membership settings and orders are independent from the source storefront. The special catalog label does not establish adult status, consent, provenance or rights. Review holds remain in force. Browsing eligible VIP title cards does not grant full playback. Viewing and download permissions are checked separately by the server.
The current site-owned offers show the price and currency at checkout. Purchase redirects do not grant coins or membership; the server must confirm the payment. Eligible non-VIP registered-member episode downloads cost 30 coins; active VIP has unlimited eligible episode downloads and ad-free viewing. Download rights and prepared-file availability must be approved before downloads are offered. VIP does not replace a coin-only viewing purchase or override age, publication or rights restrictions.
